The importance of the employee engagement survey

 An engagement survey is a tool used by organizations to measure the level of engagement and satisfaction of their employees. These surveys typically consist of a series of questions that are aimed at understanding the levels of employee morale, motivation, job satisfaction, and commitment to the company. The results of engagement surveys are used by organizations to identify areas for improvement and address any issues that may be affecting employee engagement. Engagement surveys are also used to track changes in employee engagement over time, and to evaluate the success of employee engagement initiatives within the company.

It’s an important culture that each organization should own , and such organizations should be respected by the society, to me , I’m very proud of my organization since it adopted such practice since it’s inception and we have strong records of the all cycles with all areas of improvement
